Professional Experience
Bobby’s career began as an Independent Landman from 2005 to 2009, where he gained foundational experience in negotiating land agreements and building relationships with stakeholders. He joined Chesapeake Energy in 2011, where he spent six years refining his skills as a Landman, focusing on project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
In 2017, Bobby joined Halo as a Project Coordinator/Manager, a role in which he continues to excel. Over the past eight years, he has managed complex projects for Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Utility companies, delivering impactful results while navigating the unique challenges of these dynamic industries. His ability to lead teams and foster strong client relationships has driven project success.
Beyond the Desk
Bobby’s life outside of work is an adventure of its own. A travel enthusiast, he has explored over 40 countries across six continents. When not traveling, Bobby finds joy in home renovation projects, cooking inspired by Ina Garten, and spending peaceful moments in the woods with his loyal dog, Ernie.
A devoted uncle, Bobby cherishes spending time with his two young nieces and enjoys retreating to his off-grid yurt, perched on a cliff overlooking the pristine waters of Lake Superior. These experiences provide him with inspiration and balance, fueling his passion for life and work.
