Professional Experience

In her current role, Erin spearheads the development and implementation of new technology and AI initiatives, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across Halo’s projects. Her forward-thinking approach ensures Halo remains at the forefront of the industry. With a passion for design, she is also instrumental in Halo Land Management’s marketing efforts.

Beginning her career as a Landman at Chesapeake Energy in 2011, Erin gained invaluable experience in the Utica Shale before joining Halo Land Management in 2017, where she has since taken on roles as Project Manager, Director of GIS, and now acts as Halo’s Managing Director of Technology and Innovation.  

Beyond the Desk

A lifelong learner and avid reader, Erin dedicates much of her time to personal growth and creative pursuits with her husband, Sam. She enjoys being outdoors gardening, hiking, renovating her home and baking for her family. She is a mother of 3 young children - Scotia, Isla, and Loren - and her days fill quickly as a working mom. She cherishes raising their family while sharing their passion for travel and finding beauty in everyday life.

Erin is inspired by the challenges and rewards of working in the energy industry, particularly the opportunity to help meet America’s energy needs. She values Halo’s strong culture of collaboration, shaped by nearly 15 years of teamwork among its leadership.

Erin’s dedication to innovation, growth, and meaningful impact makes her an integral part of the Halo Land Management team.
