Jonathan Fisher brings over a decade of talent acquisition experience to his role as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Halo Land Management. He is driven by a passion for identifying and recruiting the very best talent in the industry, with the belief that exceptional people are the foundation of lasting client satisfaction and long-term success. Jonathan plays a pivotal role in maintaining Halo’s reputation for top-tier service and low turnover, ensuring that every hire strengthens the company’s culture and capabilities.

Before joining Halo, Jonathan served as Senior Talent Partner at Navigate360 from 2021 to 2025. There, he led strategic recruitment initiatives that increased workforce productivity by 40% and implemented automation tools that cut administrative load in half. His innovations in onboarding and sourcing dramatically improved both retention and candidate diversity. From 2013 to 2021, Jonathan worked at AT&T as a Retail Sales Hiring Manager, where he consistently exceeded hiring targets—most notably in 2019, when he successfully staffed 109 stores across four states with over 400 hires.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, and two dogs. Whether helping someone find their dream job or streamlining a hiring process, Jonathan is deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives and the industries they serve.
