Renee began her career as a Land Technician at Chesapeake Energy, where she developed expertise in preparing and managing land-related agreements, conducting title research, and maintaining critical land databases. Since joining Halo, Renee’s roles have evolved to include Senior Land Technician, HR Manager, and Land Technician Manager. In her current capacity, she oversees the success of all administrative projects while leading HR efforts, including hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. Renee is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee retention, making her an invaluable asset to both the team and the organization.
Beyond the Desk
Renee is a devoted dog mom, godmother, and aunt to three and she cherishes spending time with her loved ones during family game nights. When she’s not crafting unique creations with her Cricut, you can find her cheering on The Ohio State University and the Cleveland Browns.
